Bill is a licensed Registered Nurse as well as a National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer.  In the summer of 2001 after spending years practicing in the specialty of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Bill founded Precision Fitness-Personal Fitness, Inc.  Bill has dedicated his career to helping individuals identify and overcome obstacles that stand in the way of optimal wellness and peak physical performance.  As a recognized expert in the field of corrective exercise and performance, Bill has contributed to numerous publications and industry websites and has co-authored three books on fitness and performance.  Since opening Precision Fitness, Bill has enjoyed helping clients that range from the elite athlete (NFL, PGA, NASCAR, PBA, including a Daytona 500 champion, a NFL Hall of Famer, and a Professional Bowlers Association Hall of Famer) to the student athlete and from fortune 500 executives to stay at home moms.   Bill can be reached via e-mail at  bill@ncprecisionfitness.com.

Bryan Fass, ATCL, CSCS, NREMT-P

Bryan Fass holds a bachelors degree in sports medicine and is a Certified / Licensed Athletic Trainer, Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Nationally Registered Paramedic. Bryan brings over ten years of clinical rehabilitation and sports medicine experience and is highly skilled in Myofascial Release and soft tissue therapy.  Aside from being an expert in the field of rehabilitation and corrective exercise, Bryan is  also highly experienced and knowledgeable in developing strength and conditioning programs for improved sports performance.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Bridgeport and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer.  Craig has authored a medically approved and highly effective nutrition and weight management program that helps people build healthy habits and win the weight loss battle safely and permanently.  Craig is a master motivator who has been helping people reach their fitness and performance goals for more than nine years.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness from Springfield College in 1993 Dave spent seven years working at the prestigious Duke University Diet and Fitness Center.  During his time in Durham Dave helped coach world class athletes as a volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach at UNC – Chapel Hill.  Prior to joining Precision Fitness, Dave served as the Personal Training Director for the Lake Norman YMCA. Dave has helped countless individuals meet a variety of fitness and wellness goals and has extensive experience coaching young athletes to a higher level of fitness and athletic performance.

 

Gary Holland, ACSM-HFI, NASM-CPT , LMT
Certified Personal Trainer
Gary holds certifications from both the American College of Sports Medicine as well and the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a certified as a Golf Fitness Specialist. Gary has extensive experience developing and implementing fitness and sports performance programs for the general public, the weekend warrior, as well as the high level athlete.  Gary is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive training and experience in post rehabilitation training.

Bob has been a practicing Allied Health professional for more than 20 years.  Prior to graduating from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy Bob was a Registered Respiratory Therapist.  Bob is the owner and operator of LKN Massage in Davidson.  Bob is the official Massage Therapist for the UNCC Athletic Department and has served as an instructor for Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy.  Bob specializes in injury rehabilitation, myofascial release and Trigger Point Therapy for pain relief and peak performance. 

Lara Flieschaker, LMT, CDM

Lara holds a degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from the University of South Carolina. Lara is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is one of only a handful of practitioners in the area certified in the highly effective practice of myofascial release therapy. With extensive experience in both the clinical and spa setting,  Lara has been helping individuals feel and perform better for over eight years.
