Our
bodies are designed to function very efficiently. As well as we may
be designed; there are factors that dramatically reduce our bodies'
ability to perform efficiently.
Metabolically we are designed to utilize oxygen and nutrients to
build and maintain a strong, healthy, and well sculpted body.
Inactivity, poor nutritional choices, and lack of required sleep are
some factors that reduce our bodies' metabolic efficiency.
Biomechanically we are designed to bear great loads and move
dynamically in a very efficient and stress free manner. Inactivity,
poor posture, previous injury, lack of proper flexibility, and
faulty gait and movement patterns, are some factors that reduce
neuromuscular and biomechanic efficiency.

Neuromuscular and biomechanic inefficiency not only prevents optimal
strength, speed, power and body control necessary for peak athletic
performance, it also places the body in a position where everyday
activates such as walking, bending and lifting become stressful.
Many back, neck and joint problems are a result of neuromuscular and
biomechanic inefficiency.

Through a thorough pre-training evaluation Precision Fitness
professionals identify each clients' specific areas of inefficiency.
Applying the principles of anatomy, exercise physiology,
biomechanics and nutrition, a customized program is designed and
implemented to bring the clients' body into maximum efficiency.
Whether your goal is to look better, feel better or perform better,
you can be sure Precision Fitness can help! |
Testimonials
"I came to Bill Scibetta at Precision Fitness with hopes he could
help me be a runner and triathlete. Despite having a knee injury, no
toe joints in my right foot, a prosthetic shoulder and Rheumatoid
Arthritis, Bill has helped me to overcome these issues and I am now
running again, pain free! The shoulder pain I felt swimming is
no longer there. and, I feel stronger and more efficient on the bike
and with daily activities.
I’ve worked with a lot of personal trainers in the past. But, none
that has the great knowledge of the body and bio mechanics
like Bill
has (Not to mention he has lots of patience.) So, he can easily pick
up on imbalances and weaknesses and help people to correct their
form to become stronger, more energetic and elevate unnecessary
pain.
Life is an endurance event in itself and I highly recommend Bill and
his team at Precision Fitness!"

 "I had lost all
hope that I would ever be pain-free again,
much less return to my athletic lifestyle,
and I was willing to try anything. …
my evaluation just made sense…. they
took the time to explain how the body should function, as well as
how I had been compensating due to all the imbalances I had
developed from my years of training thoughtlessly…
I am stronger
than I have ever been, in a way that feels so good – no injuries or
nagging pain anywhere…
Whether you’re an athlete or not, your
quality of life can be improved with less pain. I am proof....
And it is not an exaggeration when I
say thank you to Precision Fitness for giving my life back to me.”

"I am 60
year old avid golfer diagnosed with arthritis, underwent major back
surgery (fused vertebrae), and felt my golfing days were over.
Precision Fitness designed a flexibility, exercise, and strength
program that has allowed me to return to the game I love and play
even better than I did prior to the physical ailments. I am back to
a single digit handicap and in the best shape I have been in
years. They have sincerely helped me to a better life style."
