Our bodies are designed to function very
efficiently. As well as we may be designed; there are factors that
dramatically reduce our bodies' ability to perform efficiently.
Metabolically we are designed to utilize oxygen and nutrients to
build and maintain a strong, healthy, and well sculpted body.
Inactivity, poor nutritional choices, and lack of required sleep are
some factors that reduce our bodies' metabolic efficiency.
Biomechanically
we are designed to bear great loads and move dynamically in a very
efficient and stress free manner. Inactivity, poor posture, lack of
proper flexibility, and faulty gait and movement patterns, are some
factors that reduce neuromuscular and biomechanic efficiency.
Neuromuscular and biomechanic inefficiency not o nly prevents
optimal strength, speed, power and body control necessary for peak
athletic performance, it also places the body in a position where
everyday activates such as walking, bending and lifting become
stressful. Many back, neck and joint problems are a result of
neuromuscular and biomechanic inefficiency.
Through a thorough pre-training evaluation Precision
Fitness
professionals identify each clients' specific areas of inefficiency.
Applying the principles of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and
nutrition, a customized program is designed and implemented to bring
the clients' body into maximum efficiency.
Whether your goal is to look better, feel better
or play better, you can be sure Precision Fitness can help! |
